Forming technology utilizing 3D printers

"KURIMOTO Co.,LTD" adopts the latest modeling technology, we manufacture prototypes and prototypes of higher accuracy with short delivery time and low price. Here, we introduce about Stereolithography (SLA) / Selective Laser Sintering for plastic (SLS) / Selective Laser Sintering for metal(SLS) making use of 3D printers. Mass-produced products with 3D printers.
This 3D printer by the CLIP manufacturing method realizes an overwhelming modeling speed and a smooth modeling surface that does not require postprocessing and features reproduction quality of the injection molding level which could not be reproduced with conventional 3D printers .

We are a Carbon production partner, and we support from the mechanical design of the product to the data conversion of the surface texture for the application of the mass-produced products by the 3D printer with 2 machines.

We have five high-performance 3D printers that realize highly accurate photoformation. We select manufacturing materials according to customer's request, and we are making prototypes quickly. It is mainly used for a single item visualization model and a master model for vacuum casting, and prototypes such as transparent lenses can be produced if transparent material is selected and clear finishing is performed. Since it is compatible with a wide range of requests such as quick delivery and low cost as well as quality, please do not hesitate to consult us.

We have eleven 3D printers that can realize high precision powder shaping. We have prepared a production system that can handle any volume. We propose the most suitable one according to customer's request from plural molding materials and we are commercializing it. Powder shaping is recommended for shape confirmation and functionality evaluation of assembly consideration ・mating confirmation・hinge parts etc.

Thermoplastic resin is melted by heat and ejected through a nozzle to form layers. This method is repeated to form three-dimensional objects by stacking them one layer at a time.
Super engineering plastics such as ABS, ASA, PA, and PEKK-based materials can also be molded.
It is used not only for products, but also for a wide range of applications such as jigs and tools.

The DLP method is a projector that illuminates light from the underside of the workpiece
The molding is continuously performed while curing on the surface.
Compared to conventional molding methods, smooth molding is possible.
In addition, since materials can be easily exchanged, multiple materials can be used in a single machine.
The feature of this machine is that it can be used for modeling.

3D printing / METALLIC POWDER MODELING

A laser is irradiated onto metal powder, melting and stacking the material. We control and monitor the oxygen concentration during the molding process to minimize the effect on the material and ensure consistent quality of the parts.
We also have a dedicated wire-cutting machine, and we provide a complete in-house production system, including machining for finishing and CT scanning for quality inspections.
In addition, we have newly introduced the factory500, which has the largest workpiece size, for the first time in Japan.
